Please note that you are agreeing to the following terms of service by using the Town Bridge Communications site and/or requesting service. Town Bridge Communications (“The Company”) and you enter into this agreement (“Agreement”) as a user of the website ("You"). By signing up as a client of Town Bridge Communications you agree to be legally bound by these conditions. Please read these terms carefully. Town Bridge Communications may change these terms at anytime by updating this posting. You should visit this page periodically to review these conditions, as they are binding to you. Town Bridge Communications agrees to award all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by Town Bridge Communications to the client upon receipt of approval of the final artwork.
 
     
 
LOGO DESIGN
 
     
 
1) Ownership/Copyrights
 
 
Ownership of the final artwork becomes the property of the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of artwork upon approval of the final draft. Town Bridge Communications retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts or any preliminary materials that are not selected by the client or are not included in the final delivery, remain the full property of Town Bridge Communications.
 
     
 
2) Delivery Of Initial Concepts
 
 
1. All interaction occurs over the internet. Please be aware that most communication including concepts, are sent via email.

2. Order confirmation will be sent to you by email confirming the immediate start of the project within 24/48 hours. Orders are confirmed only after receipt of completed order form and payment confirmation.

3. Initial concept delivery is typically within 2-5 business days of the order confirmation depending on which package you purchased.

*Some projects are completed within a matter of days while others may take longer to complete. This depends solely on our current workload. We will do everything in our power to deliver your work in 2-5 business days.
 
     
 
3) Revisions
 
 
1. Interaction occurs over the Internet.

2. You can request as many revisions as you would like until you are satisfied with your product. The purpose of the revision process is to further mold the concept that you the client have requested. Revision requests that depart from the current composition and require major graphical changes, will be honored and completed in a timely manner set forth by these terms and conditions. However, Town Bridge Communications reserves the right to charge €30 for each such revision. No revision work that requires payment will be started without authorization from the client.

3. Revision cycles typically take 1-3 business days to complete.

4. You agree to provide timely responses to any status notifications that Town Bridge Communications sends to you. You shall have 30 days to respond to each Response sent to you. If after 30 days you have failed to respond, Town Bridge Communications will assume that your project is complete and the project shall be deemed completed. At that time, Town Bridge Communications will have no further obligation to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Town Bridge Communications reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, Town Bridge Communications will determine, in its sole discretion, whether you are entitled to any refund. (A €25 reactivation fee will apply)
 
     
 
4) Final Deliveries
 
 
1. Upon completion of your project, your final files will be sent via email for immediate use.

2. You will receive your logo files in a vector format (AI, EPS) and high resolution TIFF (print-ready) and in two web-ready file formats (JPEG, GIF). Additional files are available upon request.
 
     
 
5) Additional Work
 
 
Should the client require additional services beyond the scope of the package purchased (either concurrently with the project or at a later date), the client will be provided with a price list for such changes. Additional work will be done after pre-paying add on services in full.
 
     
 
6) Logo Guarantee & Refund Policy
 
 
Town Bridge Communications is committed to designing a new logo for you that you will be completely satisfied with. If you are not completely satisfied with your work, you can request a refund within 30 days from the time we sent you the last revision. This refund policy is void if any of the following conditions apply: If you have requested revisions, approved the logo or requested a second set of concepts; If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days; If you have approved your logo; If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity. Refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the logo was created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related responses. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any concept or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same. This policy applies to all of our packages.
 
     
 
7) Other Services Guarantee & Refund Policy
 
 
Any service other than logo design does not fall under our guarantee/refund policy. Refunds for other services such as, but not limited to: web design, label design, printed material, rush packages and other print designs will be left to the sole discretion of Town Bridge Communications.
 
     
 
8) Regarding Trade Marks & Service Marks
 
 
Town Bridge Communications expects the client to perform research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark etc. to protect the clients legal rights to any name or image. Town Bridge Communications will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
 
     
 
9) Chargebacks
 
 
Town Bridge Communications will assess a €50 processing fee in the event of a charge back. Client will also be liable for all collection and legal expenses incurred in the collection of funds owe to Town Bridge Communications for services rendered or breach of contract. Client concedes that Town Bridge Communications will pursue and enforce these terms to the fullest extent of the law.
 
     
 
WEB DESIGN
 
     
 
1) Ordering And Planning Process
 
 
Immediately after the completion of the ordering process 100% payment is required before the commencement of the project. The customer is responsible for providing the text, logos and requirements for the basic look and feel of the website. The customer's quick responsiveness is mandatory at all stages of the project, but particularly during the planning process. Failure to provide all required information within the specified timeframes will result in a delay or cancellation of the project. If and how much of a refund will be issued depends on the amount of work already completed and is at the sole discretion of Town Bridge Communications as defined further below.
 
     
 
2) Revision Process
 
 
Each package comes with a certain number of total revisions. As soon as Town Bridge Communications provides a design and project update the customer must respond within three business days with all necessary feedback and corrections. If the customer does not respond within the specified timeframe it will be assumed that the suggested design and changes were accepted and approved so the work may progress further towards finalization.
 
     
 
3) Approval Process
 
 
During the project development process Town Bridge Communications provides regular design and project updates. While Town Bridge Communications performs its own testing of the entire website and functionality, the final responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the modules and the complete project has been tested for any deficiencies or errors and to confirm that the site is operating as originally intended. It is expected that the customer responds with any feedback and corrections within the timelines specified with every update, to ensure that the project can be completed on time. If the customer does not respond within seven business days (unless pre-agreed) upon delivery of the website's final version, it will be assumed that the work is accepted and the completion of the project approved. Any further changes must be requested in the form of maintenance for the existing website.
 
     
 
4) Refund Policy
 
 
For all projects a consolidated brief must be submitted that contains all requested information before starting the project. If the customer fails to submit the required information within 30 days of making the payment Town Bridge Communications may decide to consider the project inactive and not proceed with its implementation.

If an order is cancelled within 15 days of making the payment and before any work has been done, we will refund 50% of the payment. If the work has already begun the maximum refund will be 25% of the payment. There will be no refund if more than 50% of the work has been completed. Under special circumstances Town Bridge Communications reserves the right to negotiate and refund an appropriate portion of the amount paid by the customer.

Town Bridge Communications is not liable for any damages that arise from misinformation or misrepresentation under any circumstances.
 
     
 
5) Ownership/Copyrights
 
 
Upon final payment and approval of the completed website design project, our client becomes the owner of the website. He is free to take his site to another developer or host with another company. Please note that all the content on the customer's website is the sole responsibility of its respective owner. Town Bridge Communications is not responsible or liable for any copyright or trademark claims regarding third party logos, trademarks or names used on the website. They are the property and responsibility of the respective owners. The customer agrees that Town Bridge Communications may use the created website in its portfolio to showcase completed work to prospective customers and for its own marketing purposes such as, but not limited to, newsletters.
